A: All job openings at Penske are listed in the Job Search section of our careers website. Candidates can search openings using a location with a zip code or city and state, and job titles or key words.

Q: Why do I have to create a candidate profile?

A: Penske requires all candidates, both internal and external, to complete an application for employment. Creating a candidate profile helps you keep track of jobs and gives you the ability to check your application status.

Q: What happens after I apply for a position?

A: After applying, you will receive an email notification confirming your application was submitted and will be reviewed by a member of the Recruiting team.

Q: How can I check on the status of my application?

A: You can check on the status of your application by using this link Penske Careers (oraclecloud.com) to access Penske’s career page and then by clicking on the Profile icon in the top right corner.

Q: How do I learn about future openings?

A: When creating your profile, you have the option to set alerts for your specific areas of interest. Once set, you will receive an email any time a position meeting your specified criteria is posted.

Q: What if I need assistance completing my application?

Q: How do I reset my password or username?

A: You no longer need a username or password to apply to a job or to access your profile. All you need in our current system is an e-mail address. Simply use your e-mail address to login to perform those functions.

Q: Does Penske accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters, employment agencies or search firms?

A: Penske does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters, employment agencies or search firms that are not already on our approved partner list. In the absence of a signed Recruitment Fee Agreement, Penske will not consider or agree to payment of any referral compensation or recruiter fee. In the event a recruiter or agency/firm submits a resume or candidate without a previously signed agreement, Penske reserves the right to pursue and hire the candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency/firm. Any unsolicited resumes, including those submitted directly to hiring managers, are deemed to be the property of Penske

Q: What is the best way to contact a Recruiter at Penske?

A: To make sure your application gets to the right person, it must be linked to a specific opening via our Job Search section. Therefore, it's best to first apply to a specific role with your preferred social media profile (i.e. LinkedIn) or by submitting your CV/resume. A recruiter will then contact you if your profile is assessed as a potential fit for the role.
