Route / Activity - Class B truck drivers are responsible for delivering product to our healthcare customers. Routes consist of 8 to 12 stops per route delivering healthcare product to hospitals and clinics throughout Western Washington via 24' and 26' box trucks with liftgates and the use of electric and manual pallets jacks and carts / dollies for indoor deliveries. Back haul loads are possible during the routes.
Shifts - Shifts are Monday through Friday. Shift starts at 6:00 PM and end between 4:00 AM and 5:30 AM.
Equipment - 24' and 26' Straight Trucks.
Compensation - Starting hourly rate is $20 per hour with planned step raises. $1500 sign on bonus.
- Loading and unloading or assisting in loading and unloading truck using MHE equipment
-Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and / or state laws, regulations and / or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
Report vehicle defects, incidents, traffic violations or damage before, during and at end of route.
Primary interface with the customer at point of delivery. Accurate data entry identifying product delivered and returned from customers.
Safe, efficient and on time delivery of product to customers location from distribution center via class B truck and utilizing MHE equipment required to complete the daily delivery task.
-At least 23 years of age
-CDL Class B with Airbrake endorsement required
-1 years of verifiable straight truck driving experience in the last 5 years
-3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations/accidents
-Reliable and customer oriented
-Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
-Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.

The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.
-The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
