Position Summary:

Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly/yearly Quality reports, analyze, investigate and review claims. Keep management up to date with Quality reports, numbers and problems. Entering and modifying data. Work inside a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to research quality problems.

The hours for this position will be 8am-4:30pm.

Major Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities may include:

-Use of Warehouse Management SAP program (ATLAS).

-Create and send daily/weekly/monthly/yearly Quality reports to management.

-Analyze, investigate and review claims.

-Various office and administrative duties, which may include data tracking, cycle counts, audit counts, generating reports, counting inventory and VPS (5S Audits) conducted by supervisors.

-Create and Organize weekly Employee Feedback Meeting with employees and management.

-Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements.

-Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.

-Other projects and tasks assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications:

-2 years of general office experience required

-1 year of customer service experience preferred

-High School diploma or equivalent required

-Intermittent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word required)

-Detail oriented and good with numbers

-Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

-Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
