Penske Enterprise Account Specialist in Warren, Michigan
The role is designed to support in securing new and add business opportunities with Penske’s Enterprise Accounts. The Enterprise Account Specialist is responsible for the administration of successful account management principles. They will support the Enterprise Account Manager position by prospecting & gathering data, developing proposals, creating & submitting deals, and documentation of Voice of Customer & annual customer reviews and reporting. This position will represent the Company when talking to customer leadership at Penske’s Enterprise Accounts
Conduct phone and face to face meetings per the Enterprise Account meeting plan
Manage Voice of Customer and Continues Improvement Roadmap
Gain insight into customer business changes and new opportunities
Resolve account issues by making high level account decisions and coordinating matrixed relationships
Leading and creating advanced analytics to understand trends in the customer’s business financials
Make fact based recommendations to qualify customer business opportunities
Make recommendations, propose solutions, and strategize with Enterprise Account Manager, General Manager, Product Line Manager, Area Vice President & Senior Vice President
Use and management of Enterprise Customer Lifetime Value tool
Liaison between the EAM and the Enterprise analysts
Input data into Salesforce or CRM
Manage customer dialog to handle administration related topics
Establish network within Penske and with customers to assist in the resolution of administrative items
Resolve customer situations i.e. problem solver, proactive resolution, sense of urgency
Become a trusted advisor to your customers (i.e. build a partnership relationship with ongoing communication; know the customer’s business)
Email and communicate industry updates to team
Promote Revenue Growth
Identify key Enterprise customers/accounts
Develop proposals for Executive/CEO teams
Maintain on-going relationships with current customers. Coordinating and scheduling meetings with “high priority” customers to obtain new and add business opportunities
Securing new and renewal business
College degree preferred
Prospecting Sales Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in Logistics and or Logistics Sales/Solutions
Customer service experience
Strong Communication Skills
Experience with developing presentations including value propositions.
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, and Salesforce.com (with all integrated platforms – i.e. LinkedIn, iSell, etc.) required
