Position Summary: 

The Website Manager is responsible for developing, managing and maintaining Penske’s Internet properties which include: gopenske.com, lease, rental, logistics, and used trucks, careers and logistics international websites. The applications include Consumer &amp; commercial rental, Used Trucks vehicle search and Penske’s location finder applications.

Qualified candidates for this positions will have prior experience managing transactional and engaging websites and have a strong understanding of website architecture, interfaces, and SEO strategies. This position will have three direct reports, prior people management experience highly preferred. 

This position is located in our corporate marketing department, based in&lt;?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /&gt;Berks County,PAlocated just 10 minutes off of the Pennsylvania Turnpike -Morgantownexit


Major Responsibilities: 
-Manage the design and optimization of Penske’s revenue generating and transactional ecommerce web tools
-Manage the design and development of the internet site including; information architecture, navigation, content development and usability.
-Ensure that the websites are Search Engine friendly and tracking is in place to measure the effects of website changes
-Lead efforts to optimize the websites to support Penske’s marketing objectives across the lines of business.
-Collaborate and coordinate with Marketing associates, IT, and other corporate functions to define, review and improve website content and applications
-Direct, prioritize and manage website updates and projects across a team of website designers (in-house &amp; agencies)
-Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor

-3 years managing transactional or ecommerce websites 
-3 years’ experience developing user interfaces using the user centered design process
-Solid Understanding of website design and SEO best practices
-Experience managing multiple projects and priorities while collaborating with
-Multiple resources: designers, usability, SEO professionals &amp; IT to create websites
-Understanding of website design and SEO best practices
-Bachelor's degree required
-Experience working with management across multiple functions to build and develop user experiences. 
-Ability to manage many projects and priorities. 
-Experience building successful working teams is essential.

The Extranet Project Manager will manage customer focused interactive projects, support and drive improvements within Myfleet and other digital properties. Must demonstrate strong project leadership skills and proven strength in creating, implementing and managing change while ensuring that customer needs are meets. This position will serve as a customer liaison when piloting and delivering a solution.

This position is located in our corporate marketing department, based in Berks County, PA located just 10 minutes off of the Pennsylvania Turnpike - Morgantown exit. 
Responsibilities:

-Simultaneously manage multiple projects using cross-functional teams
-Responsible for defining project requirements which may include analysis, resourcing planning, co-ordination of project activities among several internal disciplines, developing IT requirements, project monitoring and management.
-Manage effective relationships with thirdparty vendors and other team members to keep projects on track and deliver a quality solution.
-Work directly with customers to identify and resolve issues, identify new solutions and provide demo / training when necessary
-Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor



-At least 5 years of project manager experience required&lt;?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /&gt;
-At least 5 years of experience managing website or interactive projects preferred
-Experience working with customers to understand needs and identifying new ways for the company to deliver
-Experience with business analysis, process mapping and new process design projects
-Demonstrated commitment to customer service
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and lead a team
-Strong project management skills including time management, organizational and follow-up skills
-Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple priorities
-Effective presentation skills with the ability to present project information to customers and all levels of management
-Strong time management, organizational and follow-up skills
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Computer skills: Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint and Visio
