Penske Fleet Management Operations Analyst (Workforce) in Reading, Pennsylvania
Penske's Fleet Management Operations Analyst will provide accurate historical and forecasted contact center performance and operational analysis to support management business process and decision making on intra-day, weekly, monthly and yearly levels. This Analyst will administer all systems and subsystems, maintain all end user functionality, and provide reporting to validate analytics.
Analyze & forecast contact volume, Average handle Time, Staff Shrinkage & other measurements based on validated historical factors and anticipated changes in business trends in order to determine staffing levels.
Administer, improve and maintain functionality of all overall systems and sub-systems.
Pull data from disparate systems to determine trending within operation.
Prepare reports, charts etc. to demonstrate trending and interpret results for action.
Interpret data for ability to LEAN processes for operations. Make recommendations on process changes based on historical data, time studies and other Quality tools.
Schedule all department wide meetings and training according to anticipates intra-day call flows and preset weekly staffing structure.
Manage availability and compliance as compared to time card submissions
Handle weekly time card facilitation with Payroll and PTO processing.
Other projects and tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in data analytics or other related field
Prior workforce, analytical and/or data mining experience
Green Belt or Six Sigma Certification preferred
Aspect Experience a plus
Call Center background critical
Critical Thinking Ability Required
Project Management Experience Preferred
Strong analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work in fast paced call center environment
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Workforce Management Systems
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
