Position Summary:
The Manager is responsible for the processing of variable billing by offshore associates.
Major Responsibilities:
-Facilitation and negotiation skills to manage user expectations
-Ensuring that all activities are completed in both a timely and accurately manner.
-Quality Control functions will be implemented with numerous analytical data available on the efficiency of transactions processed
-Other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor
-5 years experience managing people
-5 years experience with process management
-BA / BS degree required
-Broad perspective of understanding regarding the business value of projects and the ability to work with IT Management and User Management to resolve issues.
-Management skills and ability to work with all levels to ensure project success.
-Requires leadership, motivational and HR skills.
