-Basic mechanical aptitude with one year of related experience preferred
-Current driver's license class 3 and air brake certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire required
-At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
-High School Diploma or equivalent required
-Vocational/technical school experience preferred
-Basic computer skills including preferred
