This includes ensuring the Six Sigma improvement goals are met, Six Sigma tools and methods are appropriately used, and the results are sustained. Major Responsibilities: -Formal training of green belts, black belts and others in all skill sets -Use and consult of advanced statistical techniques and quality tools -Mentoring and coaching black belts and green belts in the use of Six Sigma statistical tools and methodology to ensure timely completion of projects to deliver expected results -Leading efforts to identify and align project opportunities with customer and leadership priorities -Actively lead teams and apply Lean and Six Sigma methodology, project and change management concepts and tools to solve problems and achieve specified improvements-Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor -At least 2 years experience as a Black Belt using the DMAIC methodology or previous Master Black Belt experience is required -An engineering background and formal training experience is a plus. -Prior experience in facilitation, project management, change management, and analytical aptitude skills are required. -High school diploma or equivalent required -Bachelor's degree in Quantitative/Qualitative Analysis Techniques preferred -Written and oral communication and presentation skills must be highly developed. -Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Access required -Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint required -Prior experience with Microsoft Project, Mini-Tab, or other statistical software preferred -Willingness for travel, including overnight, up to 25% required -Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required-The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
